I have signed up to receive further ordering information, but I do have a few questions still. Is there beef still available for the next slaughter? How often do you have beef available? Is it once per year? Do you offer any other kinds of meat (pig, lamb, turkey or chicken)? I know at least one of my friends is also very interested in purchasing at least 1/4 of a cow, perhaps more.
